SMS #25: Matthew 5:4 (Apri 25, 2012)

4 Blessed are those who mourn,
for they will be comforted.

Jesus here is talking about mourning over our sinfulness, the kind of godly sorrow that leads to repentance upon the realization of the gravity of our sin towards God. The comfort lies in God’s openness and promise to forgive those who have turned away from sin.

What is our attitude towards sin?

Are there particular offenses that we are fond of committing
